Where can I download a complete overview, including cost of the money I received?

    Thanks for contacting us.

    You can issue an official transaction statement from your online account by following these steps:

    1. Sign in to your Payoneer online account.
    2. Click the "Account Activity" tab
    3. Under Reports and Statements click on "Monthly statement"
    4. Choose the relevant card/balance/bank account and date
    5. Select the preferred file format, this can be PDF or a CSV file
    6. Select "Download"
