Paying a car with payoneer

Hello, I am planning to buy a new car (hurray). This is the situation:

* I need to send Euro currency.
* I have USD on my Payoneer
* I am planing to convert all USD to Euro currency on Payoneer first.
*The automaker is based in Germany, and they want me to transfer the amount to their German bank account.
* I will not use Payoneer card, I will just transfer the money.
*I don't live in Euro zone.
* Germany headquarters doesn't accept payment at local dealer because I am ordering kind of in a special way.
*Using Payoneer is a lot easier and cost-effective than swift from local banks for me.

So, given all the information, would it be possible to send a high amount to a bank account which is not mine? I mean, is it against Payoneer's terms of use (I checked, couldn't find anything regarding my condition)
Thanks a lot.
