I want to use payoneer card to shop on Amazon and Fiverr. I live in Turkey. Which bank should I use in Turkey (TEB bank is Ok or ..)? Because I will withdraw the money for the product I sell on Amazon from Turkey. On the other hand, I will be purchasing services on Fiverr.
My second question: Should I deposit foreign currency or Turkish currency to pay foreign currency? Is Turkish currency converted to foreign currency?

You can take cash as foreign currency from TEB or Denizbank. They both charge minimu an extra fee of 5%
If you take Turkish Lira, every bank / ATM charges very high extra fees. Since some years, Turkish Banks became crazy to take very high extra fees.

    I recommed :
If you can pay your services and goods with your payoneer card, do this.
This is the most profitable way. After paying your bills, services, goods, shopping for your needs make a withdrawal to your Turkish Lira Account.

Withdrawal to your Turkish Lira Account is the most profitable option.
Normally you receive it in a daybut sometimes, there is spme agent companies who delay / postpones the withdrawal.
    Good Luck...
