Is there a possibility to freeze my account .

Hi there, I'd like to know if there is a possibility of freezing my account. Because maybe there will be a time I won't receive money because I would be out of work so I shall not be able to pay my account fees.
Hey there @waelmarashly Thanks for your question.
I understand that you want to temporarily freeze your account, but unfortunately that's not something we offer at the moment. But here's the good news: as long as you're active within a 12 month period, your Payoneer account is free!
If you're not going to use your account for longer period, closing the account is the only option to avoid the maintenance fee.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope to see you back soon!0

Always happy to help!
