Pricing and Fees Info Unavailable When Signing Up

When signing up, you have to check the box that you have agree to the pricing and fees for Payoneer. However, to see the pricing and fees, you have to sign in, which I can't do yet because I have not completed the signup process, which is waiting on me to confirm that I agree to the pricing and fees.

Has no one else run into this logic loop?
