When will the decision on opening a business account be made?

I applied to open a business account, but the account is still under consideration. I have already contacted support, they told me that one client cannot have multiple accounts, so I closed my old personal account. Now I'm waiting for a decision on a new account. I applied more than 5 days ago. I hope you can help with this problem.
