My account is verified; however, in the verification center/open items, there is one question: "Customer contact explanation." When you press submit, it says

The URL you provided is invalid or not specific enough. Please provide more details about how your customers contact you, including a URL to the relevant web page.
Customer contact explanation.

Please describe how your customers contact you directly from your own website or from your social media/marketplace profile. Add a link to the web page that contains your contact information.

Can someone help me with how to go about this question?
