Wrong Info

Hello,

 

All of a sudden I'm getting the message that I've entered the wrong info to access my account.  And unable to request password change!!

 

Can anyone help?

    Hello,

     

    My bad!!!  I made some changes to my account a couple of days ago when I was on the phone with tech support and forgot that I had made those changes...

     

    All is good now.. Sorry for your trouble!
