New member for Payoneer can`t access my account

Hi guys


I just applyed today for payoneer and i recieved 1 e-mail and it said i have to wait the approval of my application and down that information how to access your account and i tried to access my account with my username and password that i provied in the application it didnt access the account and gave me a msg that the username or the password is wrong and i have only 2 times to try before my account get blocked and im sure they are correct . Do i have to wait before activation my account and i can access or what should i do ??

    Sorry for that i tried to put the password in upper case and it works i think the caps lock was on when i choosed my password and usually the websites alert you that you are writing the password in upper case .
