    I have 105$ in my payoneer card i try to withdraw from Standard charted bank error coming that ( General processing issue) which i try to withdraw from faisal bank error comes (host not found) kindly help me what i have to do

    same happening to me using mcb and faysal bank saying Unkown Host error. last time this error came .... I got cash after 1 day from same bank without issue... looks like this error is from Payoneer but payoneer never accept it.

    I myself facing this issue. I have more than $1,000 in my account. I am very worried about it. Payoneer not responding to me properly. They said everything is fin from our end but i tried many atms here in pakistan but my money is still stuck in payoneer card.

    Please let me know if anyone of you have resolved this issue? I want to resolve this issue.

    There are several things you need to consider when using an ATM.

    • The limits allowed at the ATM station. This changes between bank establishments.
    • Your residential country. Some countries have very strict limitation on ATM withdrawals.
    Sometimes the errors you receive are associated to the ATM transaction limits.

    In regards to general errors, the possibilities are nearly endless. From technical error to loss of connection.
    As a rule thumb for every person who ever withdraws money, always check your online transactions if you receive a general or unusual error. On rare occasions the ATM may charge your card despite you not receiving your money. At the end of the day we are talking about an automated system that handles this for you so it is imperative to follow up on these situations.

    When this happens, the first thing you should do is contact the ATM operator to resolve this. If they are unable to assist you in resolving this, kindly contact Payoneer customer support center for further instructions.
