hello, I have a problem in my Payoneer account.
I recently changed my password by setting upper and lower case letters and numbers, I note all my passwords in a text file, when I try to connect to my account today I cant connect (wrong password ) so I think may be I wrote wrong password in the note, so I request a new password (with uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers) I receive the confirmation email and everything, but when I tried to connect, the same thing happens (wrong password) I try 2 times and I still have only one chance before my account is blocked
PS: my old password which worked perfectly contained only lowercase letters and numbers

How can I connect to my account please you help me
