Payment sent but not received

Hello,
I added the company that was supposed to send me money to the Funding Sources. And they sent me a payment yesterday.
But fund have not been received on my Payoneer account, nor do I see any transaction pending?
Can someone help me with that? I tried contacting Payoneer but no luck.
