Payment waiting for approval

Hello, i have payment waiting approval with Payment ID: 18802062. i need to know how much i have to wait and if there is any action or document needed from me or the payer to expedite the process.

    Dear Sivan,

    isn't this a support forum?!!!!.. if you cant support me here, where should i go..

    i already contacted the chat support two days ago and they said it should take two business days. and tomorrow will be the third day and nothing changed.

    also i sent complain # 150916-017855 they said within one working day.

    the payment sent since 12/9 .. this is 4 days ago, when should i receive it?!!

    i'm really thinking about asking my client to cancel the payment and wire it through WU.

    this is really frustrating and unpleasant experience.

    Same here!!! Same thing has been happening to me... and I'm not sure what they mean when they say go to the 'Contact Us' page. Chat is perpetually shut and overloaded. Email takes almost 24 hours for a response, and they keep saying two days, and it's been a ten days for me!
