Problem With Your Card

today, I tried purchasing a MemberShip on aq.com (which I purchased from before ), and the payment couldn't be transacted. I also tried to buy from ebay.com and amazon.com (I bought countless times from these two before) and both couldn't do a payment authorization so I assume the issue is related to Payoneer.

Note : i sufficient funds on the card which will expire 10/2016

Any help would be much appreciated.
