Why the application approval is taking so long?!

I signed up on 10 May and contacted the support team more 4 times over the past 6 weeks without any reply!
A payment has been completed to my Payneer account, but i cannot confirm nor cancel it because my application is till under review after 6 weeks.
Please approve my account, or cancel it and refund my payment.

I have a payment that has been awaiting approval.
Today I received an email that said: "In order to Verify your U.S. Payment Service, please provide us with full screenshots of your Paypal account profile showing your name and your Paypal payments page showing incoming payments from * "
I sent the screenshots. How long will it take to approve the payment? I was not expecting this delay and need the funds loaded onto my card as soon as possible. Your urgency in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

How have I been able to load money onto my card in the past without having to verify this? Surely if this is for security reasons then every time you have allowed these transactions to take place without verification that has been a security risk on your part?
No - it's just that due to certain terms & regulation we must review certain payments, or from time to time perform re-reviews of USPS. This is is why we asked for verification.

What terms and regulations are these exactly?
Since we are a fully regulated US company, we must follow certain guidelines in terms of reviewing payments, what goes in and what goes out, according to US and International law. I'm sure you're aware of many regulations that have to do with financial businesses or any company that deals with people's money or money in general. This is why we need to review payments and use every precaution when approving transactions. This is a standard re-review of service that we do for all accounts, from time to time.

And those are the terms exactly? That sounds very vague. It doesnt seem to me like you are taking every precaution seeing as my previous payments were approved without this verification.
This is my first time using payoneer for my international payment. I get international payment for my freelance jobs, my client is American corporate. My client said they sent me a payment using payoneer in Friday Aug 14 at 04.00 PM (US time), but until now I didn't get any notification for this payment in my email and my payoneer account.
How the flow of receipt of payment via Payoneer? What step that must be passed? Also, did payoneer give some notification for a pending or success payment?
I am newbie here, so I really need your help :)

Can you please check this 2 payments which are still waiting for approval? It have been 2 business days and still not approved in my account?

I have been using the US payment service since 6 months ago and I have no problems until now. Why are this payment taking longer then normal time? Normally I will receive the payments in my payoneer account on the same day that the companies transfer to me?
Can you please check this payments and approve them please as I need the funds for my affiliate marketing budget.

Im really really frustrated , its been 10 days that you hold my money that i worked and invested a lot of money for it , and now you are holding my money for approval , what approval . Google has approved it and sent the payment to me , and you are holding my payment , im waiting for another 2 days , if i still cant withdraw my money , the law will handle this problem .
I will give you all my information that you askes. But this is really bad for your company , if this problem appears again im looking to close my payoneer account . Im paying fees , i paid 30 dollar 5-6 days ago for my account . And this is how you work with your clients . Thats bad , really bad.
And please Payoneer admins .. dont send me links to contact you , i've already contact payoneer in all the contact forms you have. Please I need a concrete acces to my problem. Becouse i think this isnt a system waiting for approval but THIS IS A PROBLEM, and a realy big one. Why do bank need to approve money coming from Google . They check all the work i made and Google Inc is a really big and secure company . They dont make mistakes to send me money .
Keep in mind that if you plan to receive multiple payments from the same source, there is little chance your payment will come under repeated reviewed. So getting past the initial review will guarantee that future payments will be processed within 24-48 hours upon entering your account.

Me too, it fixed in step two on sending the Prépayés Mastercard Card since months ago. I don't know what is the problem and what to do. In addition I have been made in a change in the shipping address but I received nothing

the address which i write during sign up still showing in my account.it is my real address but address do not have street no etc.because i live in a mills(industrial) area which has its own post office.
later i update my address after receive email from payon eer to update my address and give a street no (a friend"s address)but still waiting..
