Where to sign up for Payoneer Card if I already have an account?

I have Payoneer account and receive payments via bank account. Now I want to order Payoneer Card. Is it possible to have both of these payment options active or I have to choose just one? Also, I can't find on my account a button for ordering the card. Only place is via Payoneer homepage, and it only offers me to open a new account. How to order the card if I already have an account? Thanks!

    By default payoneer send Mastercard to each account holder, if you didn't received it, just contact with support team to ask.

    Ask them how you can get a Mastercard with your exist account. They will help you.
