How to Know Exchange Rate/Withdraw Your Money

1. Find out interbank buying rate of dollar. You can search "pakistan dollar interbank rate" in google and find this rate from forex sites. Today interbank buying rate of $1 is Rs. 104.01
2. Deduct 3% master card exchange charges from it. (104.01 x 3 / 100 = 3.12) ( 104.1 - 3.12 = 100.98). Your rate of exchange for $1 is 100.98
3. Suppose you have $ 47.88 in your card, now deduct $3.5 (ATM transaction fee from it) ( $ 47.88 - $3.5 = $44.38)
4. You can now withdrawn $44.38 in pakistan rupees from ATM. Multiply this amount with rate of exchange which we calculated above. ( $44.38 x Rs. 100.98= Rs. 4481.49). You can withdraw 4000.00 from any ATM machine which accept master card Currently & leave 481.49/- in your card.

By the way Payoneer ATM fee per transaction is $3.15 and not $3.50
