How to withdraw money from Paypal if Payoneer card cant?

Is there a possible way how to withdraw money from paypal using payoneer service? or any other way just by using Payoneer service?

    If you can add your Payoneer card in your Paypal account, then only you can withdraw your balance from paypal. But as now Paypal won't accept Payoneer card or USA bank account issued by Paypal, right now you cant withdraw your money from paypal using Payoneer.

    Few way you may use to withdraw. If you are from Paypal supported country, then you can apply for Paypal and you can exchange paypal dollar with other paypal user too. And if you can add your bank account in your paypal account, then you can withdraw your balance to that bank as well.

    Tnx Shameem! Im here in Dubai now. Im aware that payoneer is no longer accepted by paypal, thats why i askd if thers another way how to withdraw....? I dont hv a bank account here or any other credit or debit card, thats why i want to knw if ther are other prepaid or debit card like Payoneer that i can apply and that paypal accept too?

    I don't think there is any other way except bank account available right now.

    Since i opened my Payoneer account I've not received any money in it, just recently I linked my Paypal account to my Payoneer account and some cent were deposited by Paypal to confirm my account which is the only money that's in my account and it was successful. Now, i notice PayPal has not been able to retrieve their cent and also my account has been disable by PayPal please what could be the issue?
