Cant take money out of payoneer

Hello,

I completed registration on payoneer. I recieved my mastercar prepaidcard at home. I activated it how you say to activate it. Before recieving funds or using it i changed my PIN which might be my mistake.

I linked funding sources to an affiliate and recieved a paymment of 6000 dollars successfully. I then loaded it into the card successfully. So i went to ATM and they say secret number is incorrect. Why is this?

I tried 3 times and now of course i excedded the PIN i can try. I am 100% sure i introduced the correct PIN i changed.

What is the problem? How do i solve this? Do i have to introduce the original PIN you gave me and it will work THEN i can change it or what?

Also... then i tried to withdraw to bank account recieved and email saying my request will be reviewed and 5 minutos later another one saying that this service is not available for my account yet...

So i can retrieve my money from ATM neither transfer it? please tell me what can i do to get my money please?
