Why No more Payoneer for Indians ?

Just received this from one of my affiliate program.

Dear user,
Payoneer has informed us, that they will only be supporting payment transfers for India and China until the end of the year.
This is due to Chinese and Indian regulations, payouts to China and India in the vertical of ads will no longer be supported.
Your account with Payoneer will be supported until the end of the year, and payees with a balance on their cards will be able to continue using the card until they've used up the funds.

1) why is this happening with Indian users ?

2) what is the alternative way to get paid?

3) when will the issue with Indian regulations be resolved ?

thanks & regards.

    Hi,

We haven't sent any emails letting our users know that they need to close their applications.

The only thing I can think about in regards to the email content is if you have an account with a specific company that pays through Payoneer that we are unable to support anymore for our India based users.

Should that be the case and your application was closed, this should not prevent you from regisering a new application using an alternative email.

If you can reply in the forum with a screenshot of the email you received, we will be able to provide you with more information in regards to it.

Happy and willing to answer general questions.

For any inquiries directly associated to your Payoneer account, please contact Payoneer's Customer Care Support Center.

We are speaking generally so I can't know exactly what we are referring too. One thing I know for sure is that our India based user accounts will not be closed down. There might be a misunderstanding in regards to the email you received.

To receive assistance in regards to the email you are speaking about, I highly recommend you contact our support center directly and provide a screenshot of the email you receive to the support agent so they may answer your inquiry. http://www.payoneer.com/contactUs.aspx

    okie., here is the clrafication.,

what Hermes said , is correcvt.,

this restriction is for specific programs., and not for all programs., so calm down.,

here is the mail from payoneer

Thank you for selecting Payoneer as your option for receiving payment from the following partner/s: LiveJasmin, Awempire, ICF Technology, WebCams.com and Friendfinder.

Unfortunately, due to recent regulation changes in India, effective December 31, 2015, you will no longer be able to receive payment from the above partner/s.
