Payoneer Customer Care is too much late now a days !!!

Hello Everyone

We know how helpfull Payoneer Customer Care is. But now a days i see they are too much late. 1 week ago my account was locked then i was contact them. After 7 or 8 days later they response and tell me give them my ducument, i send them my all ducument but 1 day has goon they did not respons me.

I don't know what happen of Payoneer Customer Care. Hope they will be first very soon. I know they are too good but unfortuantly now i am really so disapoinment to get their help.

    The same with me, I got payment and it is under review and they requested my id, I sent it. I am waiting for 12 days until now without any change, they are so slow really

    me too.. i got payment also, and asking for my id..i always contacted the support and they just told me to wait for thier email, i want to fix my account i really want too..

    @rokamoki i think they need atlist give massage in thair client. It is so unprofesonal. I am really unhappy to keep their help. >:)

    This is now 6 days and still i do not get any massage and i don't know what is the progress of my ticket.

    I understand it might feel hopeless but I assure you it is not lost. I don't have the tools to handle this through the forums, I can only ask for patience. What I can suggest if you feel that it is taking way too long, you can contact via phone, chat and even Facebook private messages if the first two options don't pan out.

    thanks a lot @Adam_Payoneer this is my Reference Number: 160530-003030. I was try to contact via chat but i could not it because so busy. Can you please give me the link of Facebook private messages. We know PCS take 3 bussiness day but it is now 6 days has gone and they did not send me a single massage. They did mot tell me what is the progress of my ticket.

    Same happened to me. Waiting 9 days for my pending load to be resolved with no response. And 1 week and more response time seems to be normal now. This is ridiculous. Not sure what is going on with Payoneer. I am thinking to stop using it completely.

    It is really urgent that if my process of payment is completed. Already sent every requested document and everything. Anybody please help me with Reference Number: 160601-008100
