My account has been blocked and when i try to restore my password but i can't remember the security What can i do ? I try to contact via chat but need to be login. Thank's

    Please check if the caps lock on your keypad is on. It should be off at all times. Then enter your Payoneer password again. If still unsuccessful, click on forgot password and proceed to create a new one which you can easily remember. Also keep a personal diary in which you can enter all your login details and passwords. Keep this personal diary at a safe place at home.

    Make sure you have used both numbers and characters in your password and the length is suitable for what Payoneer has set.

    I have the password of my payoneer account. I have been trying forget password option but it says that my details are incorrect. I'm pretty sure about my username and my birthdate.

    Yesterday I received my new payoneer mastercard and active it. After some time I send withdrawal request, few hour later payoneer declined withdrawal request and blocked my account. How to solve this problem?

    After receiving the card i tried logging in, but the trouble is i completly forgot my password. So i proceeded to retrive it but my answer to the security question is also incorrect. Please guide me, i will provide all the information you need to confirm it is my account. Also a friend wants to join so i want to refer him :) Please let me know how we can proceed with unlocking

    Hello,
    I'm using payoneer for around 4 years, I never had any issue with it.

    Recently, payoneer started to ask me to change my password every few month, for better security, and now I forgot what was the last password I have set up. I tried to reset it, but it asks me for security questions, and I didn't remember the answers I have wrote while I was creating my account 4 years ago.

    I know some of my old passwords that I used for payoneer, but I forgot what was the last password.

    Your requests for changing passwords every few months are just causing problems to a lot of people, including me. I can't log in to my own account now because of your requests for changing password, because I don't remember what was the last password I set up.

    Please help me log in to my account.

    I understand the frustation of having been told to update your password on a yearly basis. While you understand yourself the importance of security, one can understand why being forced to inforce it on yourself can be inconvenient.

    I can only give my recomendations and advice when it comes to account specific problem. In this case you will need to contact our support center directly.

    The password must be the one you first loged in with if it differs you can contact payoneer ie thru 'contact us' for the resetting of your password.

    Hi forum

    I messed up my security question and cant activate my new account to log in.
    To change my personal details I need to log in.
    It is not possible to apply for another account because you can only open one per person.
    The FAQ system does not help at all.

    What do I do?

    Your username is the email address for your Payoneer account. When you update your email, your username is updated to the newly registered mail.

    I know that resetting your password can be annoying. I receommend you try to pick a password that will be easy for you to remember while impossible for others to know. Once you have it, save it in a safe place (not on your computer) just in case if you forget it.

    Hi..i have a problem...friday i ricevied a payment from an adult site but i can't accept the transfer becouse says **Your account is cancelled, please call customer support**.....i contacted the live chat and sayd my card is blocked becouse is under reviewing and to wait few days .....reading on the website are personon's that wait for an month to unblock ....i have to receive 3500$i have to pay my bills and my rent and isn't fair that they blocked my money.For 6 month's i'm receiving the money from the same website and never had problem's ........you had similar problems?iff yes,in how munch time was rezolved?

    Hi Adam,
    How to contact your support team? i have send twice email and it only come out with auto reply.
    infant i wait at est time to ask chat support also not available.

    The autoreply system is designed to obtain information quickly from our users so when a live agent receives it he can process your request quickly. Even if the auto reply doesn't answer your initial question, replying to the automated message will guarantee that a live agent will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

    Hi guys, sorry if I am open this topic in the wrong category. I wanted to change my password in my payoneer account and I did, but after I changed the password I was unable to login because of incorrect password. Now, after I tried three times my account has been locked. I sent two emails at support of Payoneer but they don't reply to me, I am not sure if they have large numbers of tickets or they just don't care about us. I need to login and to see my balance after I will withdraw again my earnings from Fiverr and other marketplaces which I work. Is someone here who know someone that work in payoneer, or maybe administrations can contact them directly and check what is going on ? My first ticket number is: 160712-005745
    and the second ticket is: 160714-002432

    p.s I tried to reset password via "forgot password" but I forgot my security questions.

    Payoneer support is very low, I have the same problem and I am using payoneer around 1-2 year but now I am not sure why they set that rules to change password every month for security reason. Now I want to withdraw my earnings from Fiverr and I can't because is locked, also payoneer support don't react or reply to me, it's been more than 5 days since I contacted them. Adam, please fowrard my ticket numbers to them because maybe they ignored. This: 160712-005745 and 160714-002432

    The automated reply tells me to send by mail copies of certain documents and a picture. Have I done the same day ... be I have not heard anything and my access is still blocked!

    I emailed you 7 days ago and you didn't answer me yet. I tried to call you and to reach you in the live chat tens of times but no answer there.

    This is very urgent! I can't run my business when my account is locked. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a support team! Paypal, neteller or any other payment processor. I feel that you are avoiding me on purpose.

    I know that you can't help me directly from the forum but I need an immediate answer (my business depends on it) because the support team is dead. This is my last try. please help me.

    I need help to unlocked my account. I tried calling the numbers written in customer care support but i cant connect. What should I do. Is there any way I can talk to a customer representative to help me? I need to check my balance because my client keep askinh me if i received the money.
