    Hi,

I have tried to withdraw money from my Payoneer card using ATM.
I wasnt able to to complete transaction because ATM error, but I noticed that funds are removed from my account.

    Here are the transactions details:

    Date: 06/14/2016 22:11 T62554714
Pre-Auth Transaction-International ATM Cash Withdrawal (Detail Fee Charged)
TRG KRALJA ZVONIMIRA B VINKOVCI HRV

    Amount to charge: $322.46

Since transaction was unsuccessfull, will the funds be released back to my available balance, and how soon?

    Thank you.

When this happen, the first thing you should do is contact the ATM operator as they will have the ability to reverse the transaction. If that fails, contact our support center directly for assistance in disputing the transaction.

This happened to me last week. I talked with the bank representative and they told me they reversed the transaction. However, the money didn't go back into my balance and my transaction is still in pending mode.

7 days passed since then and nothing.

I also talked with a Payoneer rep via phone and he told me I have to wait for the transaction to expire, which will happen on the 27th of June.

It's not normal to have to wait 11 days for my money to come back and I am not talking about peanuts here.

It's not normal because the bank issued a reversal in the same day. I didn't expect the money to come back after 5 mins, but I didn't expect 11 days either. Like everytime an ATM transaction fails I have to wait almost 2 weeks?

If those eleven days pass, the 27th of June, and the money aren't back yet, I am going to take action.

1 day back upon cash withdraw, ATM process my transaction and I received transaction slip on which it is written that "Transaction done on holidays will be posted on the next working day. Status TXN Reversed: Cause Dispenser". I checked my balance online and found that amount has been deducted. Its first time that atm error happen to me.

Prompt, yesterday to withdraw money from an ATM, the third attempt did not end well - ATM freezes, but the transaction took place. Now all of yesterday's transaction weigh Pending Authorizations. What should be done in such a case, and why the transaction has already weigh 24 hours?

It changes from case to case. I have heard of the funds returning within 24 hours most of the time but I do hear others who have also brought this up that the transaction is (lack of a better term) stuck. In this case we need to wait out the transaction until it expires so after the end of the 10th day the funds are returned automatically to the card.

On the ultra rare case that does not happen, contact Payoneer support and let them know so your matter can be handled with haste.

While an ultra rare occurance, it can happen for funds to be deducted from an ATM transaction with no funds coming out. When this happens, the first thing you need to do is to contact the ATM operator.

In most cases the bank that operates the ATM can track the transaction and see that no funds came out from the ATM. Most cases can be resolved within 24-48 hours but it is important to contact them as soon as possible while the transaction details are still new so it can be easy for them to track it.

Contacting Payoneer support is a last resort if the bank is unable to assist you in reversing the transaction or if they advise you that the transaction was never captured.

Happy and willing to answer general questions.
