After trying unsuccessfully several times to get help through the Payoneer support system I've had to resort to using this forum.

    hola quien me puede ayudar ya que iba asociar mi cuanta a Paypal me arroja esta informacion: Lo sentimos, pero no podemos asociar esa cuenta bancaria porque está desactivada. Pruebe con una cuenta bancaria diferente. cuando me activan mi cuenta o que debo hacer
