I typed wrong delivery address - can you change it before card sent to save time

Hi! Just go wrong with typed post box (moved from house) - can you please change it now to address typed in profile, I just can't connect with support and even now payoneer.custhelp.com is down - (There has been an error with your request.).

    have been tried as writed above, right now too - don't know why - but it is, //There has been an error with your request.// - also sent two tickets to support before card able to send, 3 days ago, but no reply.
