Pending Authorization after withdraw from ATM

hi

by 2 months I notice something odd in my Transaction history : when I withdraw money from ATM s (I use 4 different banks) the transaction is display in Pending Authorization for more then 24H ....and after 1 day and half the transaction is display in Transaction History..... in the past the transaction was in pendiing max 3h...
Why the update last that long?

    Today upon cash withdraw, ATM process my transaction and I received transaction completion receipt but  atm did'nt delivery cash. After few seconds, I received another ATM receipt showing TRANSACTION REVERSED message. I checked my balance online and found that amount has been deducted. Its first time that atm error happen to me.

     

    Today banks are closed for public dealing and I can't contact them.  Will contact them tomorrow. I read in the forum that in majority of cases ATM automatically reverse faulty trasanction and if this not happened then we have to file dispute for charge back , which can be  take upto 90 days for problem solution. 

     

    I will wait few days to see if ATM reversal take place automatically. ATM bank was Standard Chartered.

    I'm sorry to hear about this malfunction with the ATM. However, it's good that you received the transaction reversed message. Please wait 1-2 business days to see what's going on.

    Finally my last faulty transaction has been reversed. Although my balance was change but I did'nt find any reversal transaction in my histroy. When will it updated and shows in my transaction history ?

     

    Anyway, I have successfully withdaw my cash from another ATM machine. :-)

    I see a reversal in your account (from yesterday). Perhaps it is backdated to the time of the failed transaction.

    so, the 2nd time you got successful withdrawal from SCB or MCB?

    Thanks langau. Second time I used MCB. Now there is no difference whether we use SCB or MCB. Both charges Rs. 200 ATM fee with maximum withdrawl of Rs. 20,000. Samba Bank maximum withdraw is 20,000 but there is no extra 200 charges.

    yaaa, samba bank is the first choice now.

    But There is  no samba bank in our city.   :thumbsd:

    Today i am transaction my payment from MCB Bank Atm Machine....My Transaction is made but ATM cant Delivered my payment.....
    When i am checked my payoneer account then my payment is deducted.....
    Now please tell me How i am Received My payment again in my payoneer account?

    Hi, I have the same problem, I used the Payoneer card at the ATM mechine, ATM processed my transaction without dispensing cash, checked my account balance on my mobile device and discovered that the money has been deducted with no transaction history on the transactions made on that day. Please I'll like to know what went wrong and would also like a quick reply atleast.

    Hi,

    I have got some weird problem today, I went to get a cash of Rs 20,000 and Like every day i tried from MCB Atm and No Cash Came out from the machine and when i checked my Payoneer account, Money deducted and weird thing is No where i can see that transaction in the transaction list and Pending list. Where my money gone ?

    Now the question is how can i dispute it if i dont even have transaction list in my account ?

    Anyone had the same issue ?
    I had once before with the same ATM but that time i saw a transaction in my account and next day they revert the money back. didnt do anything that time.

    @Haseebanjum I have some updates on this, I first went to the Bank of That specific ATM and asked their manager what the hell happened and what i should do now, She said i have to contact Payoneer for this Dispute claim and then they will let you know what is the procedure and then i contacted payoneer support and they sent me an email with a dispute claim form and then i had to printed out and then fill it with my own hands, and then i scanned it and emailed them back, i had two transactions which got failed and money deducted, One was over $200 and another one was $15, Payoneer people responded with they wont be able to do anything for Transaction under $20 so my second transaction was out of question, Ok what about another one $200 is something, right?

    AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE EMAIL FROM PAYONEER AND NOTHING HAPPENED SO FAR.

    @wordsyouwant nothing like this or close to this happened, they Stole my money .. thats what is the reality !

    I am really questioning myself now After 4 years of *being honest customer* i got this from payoneer. Should i stick with them or not !!

    Today same thing happened with me. My $202 is stuck and I did not get cash.
    I also used MCB
    I had same issue in the past few months ago. That time I used MCB.
    So I think MCB is the evil nowadays for payoneer card holders.

    Hi Nasir,

    What procedure you followed, was the balance reversed automatically or you had to do any formalities with the bank? I experienced same with SCB. Please confirm.

    You have nothing to do, just wait. If after 3 days, your faulty transaction does'nt reverse then you have to contact payoneer support and file complaint. Bank can't do nothing in this situation and will tell you contact your issuer.

    good day po.maraming way po ako ginawa at ilang beses ko na rin po subukan kuntakin ang aking bank issuer.pero bkit hanggang ngayon ay hindi pa nasusulosyunan ang aking problema.marami na rin po ako ntatanggap na recieving payment na my kumpletong detalye pero pagdating sa atm processing walang mgandang tugon.ayoko po mawalan nang pag asa dahil sa may tiwala po ako sa kakayahan ko at lalo na po sa inyo.kya hangad ko po ang inyong tugon sa aking problema?maraming salamat po

    Hi There, I just did a transaction of $-202.98 at a local ATM but it didnt provide the cash, in fact it just printed a receipt saying TRANSACTION REVERSED. But when I tried from another ATM it showed that the amount is deducted from the payoneer account. I checked online and it shows the transaction of mentioned amount as succeeded where as I have not got anything on that? What do I do about this? Payoneer helpline doesnt seem to work today as its Sunday today. I am quite worried about this scenario as I dont expect much of any assistance from the local bank? Thanks and I will highly appreciate if I can get any help here. Ahmad

    Never use the MCB atm guys... i've also experienced a similar issue, tried to withdraw from MCB atm.. cash didn't come out and the amount was deducted in payoneer account. So i contact to support, filled the charge back form, send to them and then i received my payment back in 20 days.
    That is a MCB issue, not the payoneer processor... withdraw the cash from some other master card supported bank and it will be fine.
