URGENT HELP LOCAL BANK WITHDRAWL

Guys,

I did a transfer to my company account at 16th of September till today at 7th Oct not in my account i m contacting payoneer every day they promised to provide me tracking details but till now nothing.

My account in UBL and i have added all correct details since we used to receive from upwork.com within 3-5 days.

Any help?

    hello, I entered correct details still I am getting an error of incorrect details, can anyone let me know what issue it can be though I correctly entered everything (a general information of payoneer account)

    Dear, as per your statement withdraw payment in your company's account, it i considering
    commercial transaction and state bank has very strict rules against commercial
    transactions for usage of said amount against services providing by you if any, if you want the solution for receiving payments without no issue,
    so just withdraw payments under your Personal name Title bank account( Current )
    and you will be receiving payments with no issue. As regards your previous payment which
    is yet not received to you, ask your bank's regional office " COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT"
    so that your said payment may be rejected and reverse back to payoneer so then
    you will be able for withdraw said amount again under your personal name TITLE bank
    account instead of any Company ( Commercial ) account.

    Thanks for clearing all this to me i sent many emails and payoneer never responded me

    Payoneer account is on my name and bank account title is a company I understand
    i will open my personal account.

    But for now how do i get my money back that is stucked somewhere which i dont no any status
    and payoneer not sending me any trace details?

    I contacted my bank many times they said no payment or provide us trace details so we can track your payment.

    Again if i contact my bank they ask me some proof of payment so they can track.

    Can you help me on this ?

    Yes when you will open bank account under your personal name and then withdraw money through payoneer by using method of bank so everything will be fine. i recommend you to open bank account in HBL as within 1 day bank account payment is receiving right now in HBL. As regards your previous payment which is yet not received to you, if you can approach of regional Head office of your concerned bank and talk to the compliance department so then they can easily trace out the payment as your payment will be available there but unable to credit in your account due to commercial issues which i discussed to you my early message. However after your communication the payment will be rejected and back to payoneer and should be displayed in your payoneer account. Here next step is that contact payoneer through phone call daily and discuss the matter with them and try to get the transaction trace out electronic slip or payment trace routing which you can give to your bank. if you are just depending on local branch staff so believe me they are like "GOOF" and they will be unable to understand your point of view as they dont know the technical matters of remittance. Just go to the regional office, find the compliance department, give them your bank account and date when you make withdrawal request by payoneer. Try to make these steps early as every passing day will make difficulty for trace out your payment.

    Thanks so much you are really a great help better then payoneer support.

    I will contact my bank to track this payment I contacted today again with payoneer and finally the support chat guy understand he says its too long the issue and it must be solve by now
    So he requested again the copy of transfer and promised by monday i will have it.

    He says that payment was done without any error or problems on our end but we requested a transfer details. It means that payment laying somewhere in my bank and they are not going to credit how stupid the banks are they steal money keeping quite after 23 days.

    Thank you again i will keep you posted here upcoming updates and i hope now i will go on my bank nerve to find my payment and credit into my account.

    Hello,

    For receiving Home remittances in Pakistan, the account type should be "Current" under your Title name in PKR Currency. As regards any FC ( Foreign Currency) Account, its procedure and requirements are very lengthy and according to my information ,you can not deposit any Cash (Foreign Currency) in the said type of account, only foreign remittances may be credited in the account and these type of accounts are always targeted by income tax departments. If you are landlord, big business man and bureaucrat so there is no issue with you but if you are not, so avoid to open any FC account as then any day u will be asked for where you use the said money and what was the source of income. I hope you understand. Just Open Current PKR Account under your personal Title name and receive your remittances.

    Payoneer provided me details it shows HBL i think they are in love with HBL bank
    my bank is UBL and they mentioned HBL as correspondence bank

    So i provided my bank to track this payment and settle in my account asap.

    Call HBL Helpline +92-21-111-111-425 and ask the operator to transfer your call to remittance department, then tell the remmittance department whole story and provide them tracking number you got from Payoneer.

    Thanks for your message and numbers I already informed all with tracking number to my bank this is what they are doing to arrange and credit in my account.

    How shame that HBL clearly sees my account number IBAN and United Bank Limited and even after 20 days they are NOT forwarding to my bank and keeping themselves

    This sometimes happened when you do not enter correct Branch Code/Identifier. They can not trace Branch Address from IBAN.

    Guys just to update you that still no money in my account as of 13/10 payoneer provided me copy of transfer i forwarded to my bank and my bank says HBL says they dont have any payment like this my bank will contact them again with details.

    Payoneer support reply is very slow almost nothing i sent many emails and contacted every day their support chat and even called their US line after doing all this i get 2 replies after two weeks

    You need to contact them every day also chat support

    yes i do that everyday, i chat the support to make follow up my case, last day i get there mail with the confirmation of bank transfer i print the mail and present it to my bank but to my surprise there is no pending or even transaction made by payoneer to my bank. so yesterday when i went home i contact the support and tell them what i knew. they say that they will send my case to other team to investigate and will notify me when they know what happened to my money, i feel disappointed about this because i need my money so badly. :( its my first time to get the delay of payment, from oct 5, 2016 until now the money not yet arrived on my bank account and i dont know what will happened next?

    For receiving Home remittances in Pakistan, the account type should be "Current" under your Title name in PKR Currency. As regards any FC ( Foreign Currency) Account, its procedure and requirements are very lengthy and according to my information ,you can not deposit any Cash (Foreign Currency) in the said type of account, only foreign remittances may be credited in the account and these type of accounts are always targeted by income tax departments. If you are landlord, big business man and bureaucrat so there is no issue with you but if you are not, so avoid to open any FC account as then any day u will be asked for where you use the said money and what was the source of income. I hope you understand. Just Open Current PKR Account under your personal Title name and receive your remittances.

Just go to the regional office, find the compliance department, give them your bank account and date when you make withdrawal request by payoneer.     as i am in online business since last 11 Years and have sufficient experience 
    in respect of these all kind of issues.
    Yesterday(13 October 2016) i make withdraw in bank Account and today received 14 October 2016 within
    One day. Love Payoneer, We Only need to handle the matters with technically according
    to law/ rules & regulations of our country.

    what is that invoice where do i get that? i recieved a mail from payoneer , the confirmation of bank transfer, it been oct, 5 until now oct 15 money not yet arrived on my bank :(

    aalovelybebe you are at wrong forum this forum is only for Pakistan not Philippine that is why you cannot get much help from here but you have to understand one thing that payoneer support is very slow i received their reply after 20 days so keep contacting them and your bank hope you will get your money fast.

    Hello Maaiz great to know i m going again on monday to open new account at HBL personal and current.
    Their remittance department said they have some system problem that is there is a delay in your payment.

    So hopefully i will receive my payment within next week they promised monday.

    We are working with several clients all over the world and provide US companies offshore development we receive money via bank direct and moneygram/westernunion and you know moneygram/westernuinon is big headache for a client to go there with cash and book etc etc that is why we never charge our clients for an hour or two but since we have payoneer its easy to send them invoice and get paid Payoneer is a great service to get paid easy and fast.

    MT103 invoice is same for all countries. You can ask Payoneer to provide you if you are facing problem in receiving money in your bank account.

    MT103 invoice is same for all countries. You can ask Payoneer to provide you if you are facing problem in receiving money in your bank account.
    then what should i do if i ask and recieve the MT103? if my bank dont find or recieved any transaction on payoneer?

    is MT103 is different from confirmation of bank transfer before payoneer send me a confirmation of bank transfer but my bank cant trace using this shit.

    So first i have received today my money in my UBL account after very long back n forward story
    HBL no help my cousin working as senior vp i explained him my story he gave me number of a person who is incharge at FC and he solved.

    Issue was my payment message contain no branch code if they are bankers they must understand that IBAN consist of country,bank,branch and account code numbers anyway JAHIL always remain JAHIL

    Not only me but also several other people money was stucked there due to their incompetency or no interest to solve peoples issues.

    That's why i don't like HBL since i was born they are more like GOVT office where they don't care about their customers.

    Since my account is opened i have no other choice to use it for now.

    Anyone else is reading this post and want their money on time simply get the proof of payment from payoneer they will provide you after you go on their nerve every day and then you have to visit personally HBL headoffice remittance department and show them to find and solve the issue rightaway.

    Here I understand to discuss some basic informations which will surely be helpful for all readers as these informations based on Ground realities instead of any personal like, dislike involvement.

    In this case Payment subject was between Payoneer to UBL but HBL was intermediate ( Corresponding Bank). According to above statement of arshsah “Issue was my payment message contain no branch code” so it seems that this matter was based upan on UBL and corresponding bank has no authority to solve this issue as this issue based on Sender/Receiver. Corresponding bank has only role to facilitate receiver bank (UBL) if they have no arrangements to receive funds by that Payment channel which was initially made (Payoneer). I hope now the position should be clarified.

    We cannot impose our personal like/dislike on any financial institute as it will discourage to other users. I have already discussed in my previous discussions that we only need to follow up the matter technically under law rules & regulations.

    Every financial institute based on our country is respectable as they all are making role for devolving our country. I have 5 bank accounts in different bank here in Pakistan and a single day I didn’t face any issue for receiving payments via this Channel ( payoneer)

    If our start is wrong (my point is for wrong/no branch code) so everything will go to wrong side. Think Positive, Follow the Rules, handle matters technically and softly, do best for your nation.

    i undertstand it so if the problem is branch code how can i handle this? i dont get yet recieved my payment i from in the philippines i contact payoneer everyday and the best help i think is to get the MT103 but until now i dont hear any news or mail from payoneer. can anyone help me please.. what will i do now

    hello everyone,
    from beginning, i used standard chartered ATM for my withdrawal through Payoneer card, 5 days ago i clicked on local bank transfer in my Fiverr account, the balance was loaded into payoneer account as usuall, but this time it did not charge the loading fee of $3 and the gross amount was there in my Payoneer account, from there i opted a withdrawal to local bank transfer.
    i have personal Account in UBL and i already had a detail entered in Payoneer account regarding my personal account in UBL. i am 100% sure the detail is correct.
    i received a mail from payoneer stating that your withdrawal request has been received and it will take 4 business days to load the amount in PKR into your bank account. the exact time was 02:08 am, 9th November, 2016 since i received the mail and i still did not receive my payment.
    i am here to ask you guys that please guide me, since i am using payoneer there was no single issue i faced but this time
    please leave a reply if anyone can resolve my issue

    Hello Shehzad,

    First you don't have to panic like me 2nd your payment will be in your account but it can take time.

    You have to request from payoneer a proof of transfer that will show where you money lands in pakistan normally HBL with reference number and details etc.

    Then you have to contact HBL with the payment reference number and tell them send this payment to my bank or if you can visit their remittance department with proof of payment it will be good if you put your bank branch code twice they can read it otherwise they are blind.

    The worst case:

    The staff at HBL sitting and drinking tea etc as they don't care about their your payment so you need to guide them where and how to find your bank and branch they will say thanks for helping us out now we will send your payment to your bank.

    After HBL finds your payment you have to contact your branch and tell them to collect my payment from HBL from this number and guy name etc and your branch will arrange pickup.

    after that it will take 5 more days and it will be settled in your account.

    I have been through all of this so if you want your money fast open an account in HBL

    Janab, I have gone through the entire trail and really appreciate your guidance and efforts.

    I requested withdraw to my bank account which I maintain in Bank Al Falah and is a personal account.

    Requested Date: November 22, 2016
    Confirmation Received Date via email: November 23, 2016 and today is 02nd December, 2016.

    Have email twice but no reply from Payoneer. The thing which pinches me is no prompt Customer Service to guide. Live Chat doesn't work and Emails they don't reply.

    Can you please guide me how to proceed as this is my first time.

    Now next step you should be taken is that get the "TRACE OUT" detail from payoneer in respect of withdraw transaction made by you, When you receive the trace out/ Routing copy by them so you should go your bank branch and show them the traceout/routing detail so that they may trace your payment. if within 2 working days your branch staff didn't take serious action so then find Regional Office of your concerned bank in your city and meet to the " COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT" with said ( traceout/Routing) details. Your issue will be solved and they will trace your payment. As regards getting traceout/Routing detail for the transaction you should contact to payoneer with phone call as it is very fast and you may communicate properly with them.

    I managed to have a live chat with the representative last Friday and due to that I received Transfer Confirmation via Email where the Account Details were correct but the Bank Beneficiary Name was incorrect and the withdrawal amount is credited back in my account.

    Apologies for the delay in updating.

    Before I proceed with another attempt of withdrawal, I have few queries which you @maaiz being Veteran in this field will be able to help accurately:

    1. Which Bank, in your experience, is best for receiving funds via 'Withdrawal To Bank Account' when using Payoneer?

    2. How good are Standard Chartered Bank and Bank Al Falah for receiving funds via 'Withdrawal To Bank Account' when using Payoneer?

    3. What if I request for 'Withdrawal To Bank Account' when using Payoneer to local FCY Account, what will be the procedure for that in terms of Conversion rates etc?

    22nd to the 28th is not the normal standard wait time. Wait time is up to 5 business days. So transfer would have until the 29th as the normal window of wait time.

    Thanks for your message.

    As regards asking about my best experience with the use of Withdrawal to bank Account, it was HBL and works greatly even receiving payments 3 to 4 times every week and a single time any issue is never faced to me. Further I will also Suggest Bank-AL Habib as it was shared by very old and Veteran member @Kiani of payoneer community and I am sure his experience is also great as monthly basis withdrawal screen shots are updating by him. Further another banks are not checked by me through this channel ( PAYONEER)

    As regards FC account, I suggest you that don’t open FC account and use if you are receiving payments only ( VIA PAYONEER Method/Channel). Remitter details, inquiry demand are very high and it is only suitable for commercial transactions and in case your family members remit the amount from foreign so then everything will go in your favour, meanwhile if payments received in FC account by payoneer so it will be very difficult for you to prove the source of income/remitter relationship with you in front of your bank ( as per state bank rules & regulation in Pakistan) and you will face delay in respect of receiving payment, even payment may be rejected and sent back and handling charges of bank will be deducted from the said payment and you will face LOSS.

    Hope you get all answers by logical way.

    Good Day Guys!!

    I consider it as my moral binding to share my experience of first "Withdrawal to Bank Account" experience with my fellow countrymen.

    My first attempt of Withdrawal to Account required patience and was in vain causing furstration. I sent several emails to Customer Support desk and the reply was not received until and unless I managed to have a Chat with the Support Representative, who was very helpful, which actually moved the things further.

    I received a reply from Global Payments Department and they shared the Confirmation of Transfer document in which ONLY Bank Name was incorrect and other details were correct. I informed the said department, they refunded my Payment and I also asked them to delete all by Bank Account details as I wish to re-enter them, this time with vigilance.

    I again maintained by 02 bank accounts, this time I took the screen shot before and after submitting for my reference, one of Bank Al Falah and another of Standard Chartered Bank.

    I requested Withdrawal to Account at the same date and time to these two accounts on 19th December, 2016 at around noon PKT and I received the funds in my both Accounts on 20th December, 2016 after banking hours PKT with just a difference of 02 minutes.

    @maaiz sahab mentioned about his flawless experience with HBL and @Kiani sahab with Bank Al Habib.. I can certainly extend the same experience with Bank Al Falah and Standard Chartered Bank.

    I would like to admit and appreciate the participants here on this forum, especially @maaiz sahab, for helpful guidance!!

    Hello Maaiz, i need your help.. i went to a local ATM to withdraw cash but the machine did not dispense any, but my account was debited. I have filled a statement of dispute with Payoneer and was given 90 days for the issue to be solved. Is there any way that i can make the process faster, so that i can receive the chargeback before 90 days? please help.

    Hello @Apondi Here i understand that your quick step should be contacted to concern bank branch in which ATM machine was installed and then you inform them the situation as ATM machine cash is tele/balanced on daily basis and there are two paper rolls inside the machine. 1st Paper roll generate the slip/receipt on request of every transaction make by user/card operator and 2nd paper roll available inside the machine only for bank's concerned department and every transaction, amount, time printed there as the said paper roll helps the banker for tele/balancing cash transactions. If u contact them quickly and provide them transaction detail/day/time so they surely look tele figure of said day and easily find the access balance under your card name and timing with the help of inside camera and your amount may be returned back to you in the shape of bankers cheque within 7 to 10 days.But now as per your statement it is observed that many days has passed and even you have opened dispute with payoneer so now its hard that concerned bank staff cooperate with you as you should take these steps immediate once this kind of issue is happened, even if bank timings are closed so on next day morning person should be reached bank for taking up the matter with staff and then issue may be quickly resolved. However i will advise you to contact the concern bank staff but i understand that now they will not help you as much time has passed and now you need to wait till 90 days as per your above statement.     Delay might be due to Christmas and New Year but today is 09th January so things should have been sorted by now. 

    I would suggest you guys trying to get in touch with the Support Representative via chat which is activated around 3 PM or 15:00 Hours Pakistan Standard Time.

    I find chat option more effective than sending emails.

    i contacted the customers service, and after a long wait when they contact you they ask for many days to response through email. i dont know what is ahead. worried about my money.

    Same here, I waited almost 30 min in queue to talk with a support representative and after all discussion she told me to wait 3-5 business days.

    Hi Maaiz, I have read all discussion here, i have two issues which are not discussed here before,
    (1) My Payoneer Card is expired on 11/2016 but still did not received renewal message in my inbox,
    (2) second is very serious, since I am working on PPH ( People Per hour) and withdraw my money through Skrills , but from 1st Jan-2017 , PPH do not support Skrills , so then we have two options, Payoneer and Direct Bank, Direct Bank has very heavy Fee, so I have to move Payoneer, but the problem is that in my Payoneer Dash Board I did not see any way to add my local Bank Account ( I have HBL & ABL), i have only Card upload facility, kindly guide me to how I can add my Local bank account with Payoneer, I have emailed them , but you know how quick they are :smile:

    As regards your both question you should make request of re-order of new card through customer support as your previous card has expired and now you are unable to use any ATM as well as bank withdrawal so my suggestion is that first you re-order new card and wait till receiving the card, once received so after activation you will be able to use withdrawal to bank option as the reason is your basic thing ( card ) is expired which is a platform for receiving funds. As regards customer support i always use phone call service which is super fast and same will be suggested by me for you. Thanks

    Hi,

    I've been a very old Payoneer user and getting money via ATM Withdrawal but now a days most of the ATM's are not working and charging more now.

    So i've decided to use local bank transfer and added my bank account in Payoneer last Monday and it held on pending approval at Payoneer.

    After waiting a week I decided to chat with them and I chat with a representative and he told me that he transferred my appli to the relevant department and it will be processed soon.

    Today I got email from Payoneer which states:

    "Thank you for registering for a Payoneer account!
    Unfortunately, this service is not available for your account at this time."

    Well this is very strange kind of reply as I never requested any new account but I only added my local bank account so why they are saying thanks for registering for a Payoneer account.

    Also Why they told me that this service is not available for you account at this time and they didn't tell which service they are talking about.

    And another strange thing is that local bank withdrawal is open in my account as its tab is showing on my account so it means its open its just the bank account that needs to be added and approved by Payoneer.

    Also local bank withdrawal is so common now and every second person is using it even so new members so why its not available on my account as i being a very old user.

    So my question is this happened to anyone else that they added their local bank account and following email received?

    What kind of Payoneer account needs to be able to have local bank withdrawal feature in it?

    You peoples living in Pakistan's business hub i.e. Karachi ask us about such experiences no bank either working smoothly if we take them to remote districts like mine Dera Ismail Khan, I was suffered with Bank Alfalah than move to Bank Albarka and still waiting for my withdraw since 32 days.

    @saartifex_studio Bhai, I clearly mentioned the mistake which I made at my end. I incorrectly maintained the Bank Details and it was corrected later. I am still unable to understand difference between we living in Business Hub and you in remote location.. every bank has a helpline.. you might try contacting the Bank's Head Office which ironically can be locatied at a 'Business Hub'

    I hope you have already done this but just for the sake of reinforcement, please try to have a Chat with the Support Representative instead of sending emails. Ideal time is 1500 Hours or 03:00 PM Pakistan Time. You might have to wait a little while before the representative is available.

    IN SHA ALLAH things will more towards in the right direction.

    @schoaib my dear I am an old user of Payoneer and received countless transactions in same bank account since March 2015. I also chatted with them more than four time now their representative never ask me about my question and immediately told me that "they know you are contacting them regarding your payment. I know everything about payoneer while my bank account details are same since 2015.

    Regarding "Business Hub" some banks even HBL still issuing manual pay orders rather than digital so when you are near to the head office your manual work will be completed very soon compare to peoples like we who are living in far away in remote areas.

    To All Hard working fellows:

    Please listen to maaiz suggestions open your rupee account with HBL on your name NO company and Current account.

    Just open new account even if you already have old one.

    Setup this new account in your payoneer and whenever you withdraw from payoneer you will receive your money within next 1.5 hrs  in your account and voila!

    If for some reason your money got stucked and you have other bank account then you have to contact HBL headoffice because in Pakistan HBL is the one who takecare all payments from Payoneer no matter what your bank is just contact them give them your tracking details and coordinate with your bank to settle in your account.

    I understand your hard earn money not arrives on time in your hands so get rid of headache i used to withdraw in company account UBL takes months to arrive and run around asking for payments etc.

I got my bank account activated and recently withdrew $134.55 to my bank account(HBL account in Pakistan), and I still haven't recieved them in my bank account. 7 days have passed, the consumer service refuses to respond. Is there a way to cancel the withdrawal so I can use my master card to withdraw the money?

    There is no way to cancel the withdrawal. The best is to call them and ask them to send you MT-103 forum. This forum have enough information for your bank to trace this payment. Get the forum and go to your bank and tell them to trace this payment.

    If they still are unable to trace, tell them to contact SCB as most of the payment of payoneer is coming from SCB. The payment will be there (90% of chance)

    But first get the MT-103 forum. Without this forum, your bank will be unable to trace it.

    I have transferred money from hbl to alhabib via atm ..funds transferred from hbl but not received in alhabib bank .confirmation received from 4250 but there is no money in alhabib .
