Hello I've tried contacting Payoneer Support team but no response with them in 48 hrs . till now , they still not repky to me . i didn't received my payment and they said that they had transferred the money on Oct.8 but it's been a week now , still no reply and no money arrived on my bank account . Is anyone experiencing this ??? Please someone explain it to me . i really need the money

    hi there, your'e not the only one who experience that, me too my i get my payment oct, 5 i get the confirmation about the transfer and until now oct 15 money not yet arrived on my bank, i contact the support last day they send me a mail with my confirmation of bank transfer and i present it to my bank to verify to my surprise theres no pending or any transaction made by payoneer, now im also waiting for their reply.

    Ohk Im glad I'm not the only one experiencing this . I was so worried . this was the first time that had long delay . I hope that we will receive the money soon . it was already taking so long.

    yeah me too, im so worried too much because its my first time to experience difficulties here :(..

    there reply is very slow i get 1 reply on mail last day.

    I hope they explained it to us . they not reply to my mail till now so I don't know yet . maybe they had some technical issues... Please update if you're getting your money and Thanks :)

    yeah maybe technical issue i have lots of question on payoneer they cant answered me directly :( so please post me an update if you get your money too

    I didn't get any payment till now and Payoneer still no reply on emails . this was the first time , they don't care on their customers. I really need the money . but seems that they're still keeping it

    i still dont get my money. i contact their support and promise to notify me in 48 hrs if no mail came they said i need to contact them again to follow up and assistance. :( i dont know where my money goes now.

    Even me ,I still don't get the money :'( I am so worried right now . I have so much bills to pay . and in need to buy food .but still they said that they will past my situation to accounting Department ,hopefully they will straighten things out , I really don't know wat to do now .I can't just wait for the payment knowing that it's taking forever :'(

    me too i dont know what to do, and even i dont know the problem of payoneer? my head is always ache of too much thinking of it. i have bills to pay too :(

    I don't know why this was taking so long . I couldn't trust this site anymore, I had read horror stories bout not receiving their payments . and their support team are useless , they don't give u clear answers and wud reply to u in days , I'm starting to worry so much now , I'd rather move to a trusted site and just making sure that my hard earned money won't be waste.. So there sy nothing we can do bout this but pray for it and hopefully they will send it

    do you have skype? so we can communicate :D i hope they send us our hard erned money :( yes im praying so much, i cant contact there support i dont recieved any notification from them, there support is not available due of high volume of quiries

    Yes I have Skype it's marella012 we can talk there . I just used my phone so I can love chat with them because if I used my PC ,it says connection not available

    Did either of you ever receive your funds from Payoneer? I have had the exact same thing happen to me with two transfers disappearing - one from October 7 and the other from October 14. Payoneer sent two confirmations which my bank used to try and trace the funds but were unable to since the funds go through a third party. Payoneer claims that that is all the information they have and nothing further is needed. Ideas? Thoughts? Comments?

    I too have missed payments hitting my bank account. When I asked them about the transaction number, they had no clue even after 25 days and after a 10 days of follow up they refunded the amount to my USD balance section and disabled USD account saying that your bank details are wrong due to which transaction was failed. If the account was not right why refund took 30 days and that is only after my multiple follow ups. Interestingly, before disabling my USD account I received another payment, which reached to my bank. This whole thing is confusing as how come the last payment reached if bank details were wrong. I start losing my trust on Payoneer.
    Any help on this regards will be helpful.

    they having problem on moneynet. our money is pending so that they cant even send us the Mt103. i having problem too regarding this matters. im tired and so disappoint about this its my first time took so long to wait. its 3 weeks now my money not yet arrived on my local bank. and they send me a mail to change my payment method to payoneer master debitcard.
