Card approved but not link with fiver account

I apply 2 times for ''fiverr revenue card'' with But i not get it.
But when i apply 3rd time now with payoneer , then i received my card.
Now, I also activated it and my payoneer account is working fine.

My problem is that, In my fiverr account button is now working
should be disabled . Show ''card approved. check your email for activation instruction''
But no mail in my account.

Now how, I connects my this card to fiverr my account ?
Please help me !

    Try contacting fiverr suporrt.

    I would recommend actually for you to contact Payoneer support. If you have a Fiverr account that is linked with one of the old Payoneer applications you created, our team will assist you in merging the old account to the new one so you can start receiving your payments.

    In this time, I have only one Payoneer card and one Payoneer account . My old card still not arrived to me yet and this card account also be suspended by Payoneer support. Now ! I want to connect my card to fiverr.com which i have it.

    I do not connect any Payoneer card in the past . This is my first time.

    If your first card never arrived, you can order a replacement card by logging in to your account and selecting the "Haven't received your card yet?" tab located at the top-center of the screen. Also please check out our blog to see how to enter your address in order to increase the chances of your card arriving on time.

    If your Fiverr account shows that it is not connected with Payoneer, follow the steps in your Payoneer account to apply for the Fiverr Revenue Card. Once your verify your details through the "Already have a Payoneer account" icon, the two accounts will be linked so you can transfer funds from Fiverr to Payoneer for fast and easy access to your earned income.

    i am having the same problem unable to link my card with fiverr
    though i recieved my card in the first attempt
    but still cant link it and fiverr is unable to help

    If Fiverr is unable to assist you, you should contact Payoneer support and provide them with a screenshot of the issue you are describing so they can figure out your issue and assist you.
