Can I deposit money from Local bank Transfer

Hello, I have a friend in USA, After I have received the payoneer card in BD, I need to deposit 100$ into my payoneer account for activation, now can I deposit this money by USA Local Bank Transfer or even credit card transfer ? OR can I send a 100$ bill to my friend to pay me ? He will deposit the money thru his credit card or local bank transfer. Is it possible at the beginning when ur account is not activated?

    I didnt mean MY LOCAL BANK, I meant USA LOCAL BANK. Can an Individual(in USA) pay me by USA Local bank Transfer Thru US Payment Gatway information (into my account)
