i'va received a payment so when i log in, i can see the amount on the account but there nothing on the card, how to i put the money on the card?

    If you have the Payoneer account balance, then the money should be available right away. Keep in mind that the account balance and transaction history does not update in real time and it may take several minutes to hours for the updated information to appear in the account.
