Why my payoneer account can't apply the card

Applied a payoneer account and approved for one week,but there is no prepaid card option in the currency dropdown list and no 'view your status and active your card' banner after login,how can I apply a card?

    It can be that the option has not been activated and that you should contact Payoneer Customer Care to request the service for your account.
