Loading Payments in 2 Hours has taken over 4 days

i recently got approved for a payoneer master card account. My payment source is 2checkout. now in the funding source > 2checkout > i selected 'Loading Payments - Immediate (Within 2 hours)
$5.00 Per load'. but it has been 4 days and funds are not loaded to my ac. it shows 0. please advise.

i contacted 2co and they said they will release the funds on every thursdays. So assume my payoneer account will be automatically reloaded by thursday and not require a manual reload action. Also i assume there will not be any charge for receiving this fund (either 2$/5$). Please correct if my statement is wrong.

To further look in to this matter, contact 2checkout to confirm that the payment was successfully transferred. If 2Checkout advises you to contact Payoneer, create a ticket with Payoneer Support via the link provided below.
Make sure to provide your payee ID of your 2Checkout funding source in your ticket so Payoneer can track the payment.

Problem has been sorted out after contacting 2co support. they asked me to set the 'payoneer' as live payment method in 2co panel.

Talk with 2Checkout and see how the funds are loaded. Payoneer works with many companies and the ways they set up the transfer method is different than one another. Some companies let the user withdraw the funds manually when a certain limit is reached while other platforms choose to send the funds on fixed days of the week or month.
I don't know how 2Checkout works in regards to that (maybe another user can enlighten us), but I recommend you check with 2Checkout as this information should be easily available to you.

If they process the funds on Thursday, then it means that you should receive an email confirmation from Payoneer on the same day once the funds have reached your Payoneer account.
The fee will be deducted from your Payoneer balance once the funds are loaded. This will be visible in your transaction history.

THanks Adam, yes last night they have dispatched the funds to payoneer. 2checkout balance is now 0. but the amount is not visible in payoneer yet. i went ahead and executed the 'Load Funds' by selecting the '5$ in 2hours..' option. but it has now been over 2 hours. funds are not visible yet. any way ill wait a little more to see what happens.

I hope we are not talking about the same payment, because a week is a long time.
If you selected the immediate load option, this means that your 2Checkout payment already reached Payoneer and it should become available.
A quick note, if you do not see it after 2 hours, it means that your transaction history has yet to be updated, but I can assure you that the funds are available.
Your Payoneer transaction/balance history takes up to 6 hours to be updated, so if the balance doesn't make sense, wait the allotted time I mention to eliminate any doubt.Happy and willing to answer general questions.
