When withdrawing money to your bank, there are several key aspects you need to remember:
The day the withdrawal was processed. Transfering money from one bank to another depend on the sending and receiving banks operating hours. If you initiate a withdraw through your Payoneer account but the bank is closed, you will not receive a confirmation of the transaction until the bank is open.
For example, if you made a withdrawal request on Friday but the bank was not open on Friday to handle the request, the process will not begin until the bank reopens on Monday.
Weekends and holidays. As the old saying goes, it takes two to tango.
The banks operating hours in each country are not identical. If there is a holiday in the sending banks region compared to yours, they cannot count a business day to process the payment and vice versa.
The time it takes to process a withdrawal request many times depends on both banks operating times.

With that said, Payoneer does not expect it's users to wait longer based on this. If at any point you are experiencing a delay in receiving your payment, you should contact Payoneer support right away so they can begin looking into your case.

I'm new to Payoneer, my first withdrawal to bank account was quite fast, money reached my account after two days. Next withdrawal have got some issue, ten days passed and money not yet received, even unable to reach support, have tried several times to open support center but it never opens, always asks for log in, and after I login, support page never appear, rather it redirects to main account page.0

Same issue here. I contacted payoneer customer service about my withdrawal since friday and I received an email from them that I have to wait 4 business days to get the money on my Philippine bank account. Apparently, when I checked my visa card yesterday(March 10, 2017). There is no funds yet so I decided to send them an email again and again. They replied and sent me a bank confirmation. Do I need to contact my bank? Please help me with this matter.0
