Payment Missing or what ?

Hi there ,

I've withdrawn payment from PayPal to Payoneer every week like Monday and i get it to my payoneer account the next day ,been like this for month's.

but last week i sent a payment on 26 June 2017 at 16:02:42 GMT-7 and PayPal completed the request after 1 hour.

But since that date i haven't received the payment to my account !

i've contact the support but still no info even after i sent them the info they requested .

Reference Number: 170628-013248

I need answer from the support team , cause i have rent and lot of responsibilities to take care and you guys delaying my payment .

    Good that you have contacted the support, they should ask you for information to investigate the missing payment, then it should be handled within a few business days.

    already sent that to them as reply after they sent me the email with 3 Min

    I recommend at this time to give Payoneer Support a couple of business days to review your issue.

    I srill havent got any information or reply from you , i also sent another withdrawal from my paypal to my account yesterday and I havent revived the payment again !

    It showed bank transfer completed in my paypal account.

    This is start to make me worried and I have lot of responsibility and rent and stuff need to get paid ! And payonneeer it's killing me !!!!!!!

    i still have the same issue now with 2 payments from PayPal !!!!!

    and still no answer from Payoneer support !
