Withdrawing from Paypal to Payoneer issue

Hello, in the past few weeks i tried to send funds from my Paypal account to my Payoneer, i always did it in the past and never had an issue whatsoever, however now i tried 2 times already and those funds never get added and they get refunded into my Paypal account.

This is the message i get from Paypal:
"The withdrawal to your bank account could not be completed because of a technical problem. The money has been returned to your PayPal account."

Any help with this?

    Im Having the same issue , but never got the money back .
    This is really getting on my nerves and payoneer keep saying we till investigating !!! 2 weeks now

    Also had problem. Tried withdrand 19 june. Was requested paypal , and they returned payment. Says payment was rejected. I recomend ask support paypal tracks your payment and return it.

    That what i did ! , but i haven't received the payment! .

    We need payoneer to take a look into this matter Very urgent !

    cause i when i spoke to 3 Paypal Customer support they said they do not accept anymore Payoneer !!

    Do my payments to Paypal automatically transfer to my payoneer account???

    It´s what i did, they told me to get in contact with my bank since the payments do went through but there was a problem after them.

    so do i need to call Paypal and ask them to track my payment and get them back to me ? , but this mean that payoneer no longer working with PayPal?

    Yes, you need message to paypal or call them for track your payment. After it it back to your paypal in several days.
