Card blocked after trying to make online purchase

My card has been blocked after I tried to buy something online. Payoneer seems to have decided that this was an illegal transaction made by a third person. I desperately need this to be undone, i am on holiday in another country and cannot wait for a new card to be sent to me. Please help!

    PS for some reason "meet and greet" is the only category option Im being given
