I forgat my payonerr password. Anybody Help me ?

I did Click "Forgat Your Password '' and given Username, date of birth .but , Payoneer no Email send to me .how i will get my password.

    In that case, we suggest you delete the cookies and change the browser.
    If after that, you are still not receiving the reset password email, then we recommend you to contact Payoneer Customer Support for further assistance.

    after 30 minutes i want to reset my password but not working still show me the (Your account has been locked – please contact us to unlock the account.)what can i do for this.
