Incorrect details

Hello!

 

Please help me out. I'm trying to receive my payments from Freelancer directly to my Payoneer card but when I send my info on the "Already have a Payoneer account?" I keep getting this error "incorrect details"... And I'm quite sure I got them right.

 

 

If you can enlighten me, that would be great!

    It's possible that the date of birth you are entering does not match what we have on file for your account. If you could please private message me with the email associated with your Payoneer account, and the date of birth you are entering on the form, I will be happy to look into this for you.

    Hi,

     

    I have the same problem with codecanyon, i can't add my card for payout it keeps saying "wrong details" it's kinda anoying because it doesn't tells you witch fields are wrong, but pretty sure everything is correct , and also i can't find what i put for my birthday in payoneer.com.

     

    any help would be appreciated.

    In most cases the issue is that the date of birth you provided during the original application is not matching what you are entering now. You can contact our support team via live chat, telephone, or e-mail and they will be able to check this and update the information for you. http://www.payoneer.com/contactUs.aspx

    please I'm trying to receive my payments from fiver directly to my bank account throw Payoneer but when I send my transfer I keep getting this error " the bank account number that you provided to Payoneer appears to be incorrect"... And I'm quite sure I got them right but i confirmed my details many times then tried many times but nothing happened.


    If you can tell me what is the problem, that would be great!

    I have account which has initial details as:
    Customer ID: 20525389

    but now its changed to;
    Customer ID 22998143

    Also my card information and the amount of $10 is not showing up;
    My transaction history is also not showing, please help me

    Hi everyone and to payoneer admin. I have a problem i found out that i input an incorrect bank details on my payoneer bank account info. Instead of account number i found out that i input card number, it's my bad. I think this is the reason why i it's almost a week and i still didn't received my money to my local bank account. Can you tell me what to do, and how can i get back my funds to my payoneer account. I already added a new bank account and i input the correct details

    Hi there,

    In cases like this, what happens is that the funds would be rejected and returned. It is not a situation that we are in control of, though, so it is something we have to wait for. Once the funds are rejected we would receive them back into the account. This process can take 14 business days.

    Hii, so when I made my payooner account I didn't know it was very important to gave the exact right details so I didn't really gave my real name then and now I am having a really bad problem. My client sent me money through global payment service and to recieve it I have to verify my details of citizenship but I have different name on my citizenship Id so my verification details were rejected, now I don't know what to do I am so stressed
    Can someone help me here please?
