Troubles With Qiwi

I've tried to replenish my account in QIWI, but I always get an error 'invalid payment sum' or 'adress to support' . Support said me, that I must adress to payoneer support. May be cause of this error is 'Pre Authorize Transaction' , that still hadn't expired?
