Payoneer EUR account to Prepaid Card

I received some amount from Skrill to Payoneer EUR account.
How could I transfer them to Payoneer Prepaid Card (USD)?

    At this time, Payoneer does not support the conversion of funds from an account holders balance to another, such as the EUR balance moved to your USD balance. If you wish to access your EUR funds from a Payoneer card rather than withdrawing the sum to your local bank account, contact Payoneer Support by clicking here for further assistance.
