I want to make a payment

in Payoneer in Pakistan
I have 1000$ in my payoneer account but payoneer said if you want to make a payment, you need to receive additional payments,anyone can guide me how much payment i received to avail this service

    Hey @nommughal

    The ability to pay other Payoneer users via the Make a Payment function is enabled once our users start receiving payments from individual clients and companies that pay through Payoneer. Please note, getting paid by other Payoneer users will not count towards the availability of this service for sending payments.
