Funds from EUR to USD card

Hello,

I have an emergency, I've received funds in EUR to my Payoneer account, but I only have as USD card. I'm currently traveling now far from my shipping adress and I need urgently this funds to be used on the USD card I have with me. Please I need urgent assistance on this.

    Hello there,

    I don't believe that's possible as your USD Card is set with a US Bank Account. And therefore any funds received in foreign currency will be automatically rejected.

    Your prepaid card is connected with US local Bank which accept only ACH direct payments. So it may not possible to transfer from EUR to USD as there is no such option.
