I was able to remove card and bank account from PayPal while transaction

I have no bank account nor card on the PayPal now, what will happen to the payment I transferred to payoneer bank account will it bounce back into my PayPal ? I hope someone replays please, thank you.

    the transfer was made but it got cut out as fees for 2017 which i haven't been using the card this year i wrote a message i'll copy it for you sir.

    also i contacted the customer support but they won't provide me with answer..
