editing amazon store name

How can ı edit my amazon store details. There is no such option in contact us section.

    You can contact our support center and request to update your amazon store details, but it won't update the information on your Amazon account.

    There is no such title in the section Contact us. automatic responses are sent when you select any title. How will I reach except for the phone.

    Then you can choose a different topic and write your request in the email.
