Payoneer iOS App is not Working..!

Hello,

Payoneer iOS App is not Working. Though, Payoneer Updated It 3 Weeks ago after 3 Years. It's now iOS 11 Compatible but Still not working.

When I trying to login, there is a popup saying "Internal Error". I tested the app from Different iOS Device but the problem is same.

I hope, Payoneer would takecare of the Issue and make the App more useful for the user.

    Good day,

    Payoneer has recently done a small patch to solve the current issue. Payoneer is working on a permanent fix for the mobile devices. There is no ETA on when this will happen but I can assure you that it will be done as soon as possible.

    Payoneer updated iOS App after 3 years when it was not compatible for iOS 11. But still now, app is not working.


    No ETA..!

    Okay, can we aspect new update within 3 years?

    I understand where you are coming from and I can assure you that it won't take years.

    As someone who dabbled in quality assurance software testing (before my time in Payoneer), when so many advancements are achieved in such a short time, one of two things can happen: Either you give the existing platform a complete makeover or you destroy it and start from scratch. These types of changes can take time, especially considering that many different account features were added in the past year alone.

    I won't argue with the inconvenience this is causing, now more than ever humanity is highly dependent on technology, especially when it comes to our hand held devices. I can assure you that Payoneer is aware (and working) on this and as soon as they are able to deliver on an updated or revamped version of the app, there will be many newsletters and social media posts to celebrate it.

    2017 gone.! We passed 2017 but no updates.

    In 2018 mobile app is more usable and handy for all.

    I'm receiving an "Internal error" message when trying to log in with iOS 11.3.1 in iPhone 7. The Payoneer app is up to date
