Account Pending Approval

Hi Payoneer,
I have create account week ago but until now still pending approval i try to contact cs and waiting over 3 days but still not get answer my problem,

    today I received a reply email stating my account was approved
    but I try to login to the account still can not?

    I've tried to reset the password but still can not get into my account?

    @Resuello1 Everytime I log into payoneer it's takes 2 times to enter my account. That means when I put username and password then it takes into the login page again. After provide username and password again I successfully entered to my account. On payoneer mobile apps It's takes 1 time.

    Hi @xfx_wd I've tried several times using payoneer app on mobile but still can not log into account with message "Internal error" so also try login using browser on pc still not able to enter and will go to login page again

    Try using a different browser such as internet explorer, Firefox or Google Chrome, also make sure to delete the cookies when you use a computer.

    If this is the app, have you tried to download the new app?
