bank statement needed

Hi,
I need a bank account statement to complete my Amazon registration.

Request topic reference no: 180702-011798 dated 07/02/2018

Payoneer Customer ID : 27185687

5 business days are past already, any idea when i'll receive that bank statement?

    i am aware of the possibility of getting the "bank statement" from amazon store manager but, at the end of the form, my "Seller ID" and "MWS auth token" is asked and unfortunately i will not have both of them until my amazon registration is completed.
