Sending payments requests and alternatives

How do I get a "Request for Payment" option? Right now I don't have this feature and cannot receive payment from a colleague in the US. We are all freelancers so really need help here, I am from Malaysia.

    What should I do for Request a Payment option? There is no option on my account. I live in Turkey and want to receive payment from Peru.

    HI Payoneer, I am having the same issue. I am from Malaysia and do not have a Request for Payment option. I would like to receive payment from an individual in the US.
