Hi,

I created an account 3 weeks ago and i have no answer till now, so i thought that i entered some wrong information, because of that i created another account 4 days ago and i have no answer too and i need this account as fast as possible, so can you take a look on my account.

    hello
    i have a problem and i need someone to help me or describe this situation.
    i setup my account in the 14th of July , i received an e-mail telling me that the process will take 3 business day until my account get approved, and since then i did not receive any e-mail or any answer from payoneer, so i wanna to know where is the problem.
    note; when i log to my bank accounts i see a message telling me to take action and payoneer want more information to accept my bank account but i also did not receive any e-mail asking me to provide more information.

    i just create acount. how tog et started? do i need to add a bank account or i can get the master card from payoneer. what is the proccess?

    I have signed up for an account weeks ago and added a bank account that's still not verified and I haven't received any emails from payoneer !

    Hello,
    I created a discussion a week ago and one admin told me that my account is under review. But today is day 15 since I created my account and no approval email. I need the account to be approved because there is much delay what is going on?

    Hi ,

    10 business days ago, I applied and up to today , no email received, when I contact customer care I get automated Reply.
    What Should I do ??

    This is so disrespectful sir, why are you saying it would take 3 business days then, while it would take more than 2 weeks, this is unacceptable.

    But i know people who get their account approval these days after 2 hours only after their request,
    so i want to know if there are some missing information or something like that to solve it as i need this account very fast.

    I ve been waiting since 11th July 2018 , 20 working days 28 calender days.
    My customer ID is 27354551 .

    I tried to contact Payoneer by sending mails tho it always returns with automated emails saying " wait for 3 or 7 bussiness days " .

    I really need this account as soon as possible. I dont wanna wait another month on this.

    I dont have a bussiness account in my local bank account also I signed up as an individual.

    No i didnt recieve anything other than a single mail asking me write my name as it appears on bank account and id card after the account creation.

    1 month of wait, cannot change bank account that didnt approve to an another one due to system, cannot type non latin characters due to system, non of the mails i ve send to help desk got replied, no representatives to speak and i lost my opportunity to make money by waiting a whole month.Such a brilliant service you got here since its weekend ,its posponed again till monday. Atleast give me some instructions what to do ,should i delete this account or make another one or what ever will contact me via mail ?
